  I will say that the service we received at the hospital was wonderful and my husband was seen quickly to stitch his finger from cutting it during hunting season. The doctor called in antibiotics and took extra precautionary measures just to make sure everything was on the up and up. The reason I'm rating them so low is because I've been trying to get a hold of billing for MONTHS now to get a receipt or copy of the services billed for my TexFlex account. My husband and I have left multiple messages at the billing line (which is hard to understand because the woman they have for the automated directions is slightly garbled on both my cell phone and land line). They said they emailed my receipt to me but I never received it at either email address I gave them (work and personal) and they told my husband they couldn't send him a scan through email. Looks like we're going to have to drive from Lubbock to Lampasas just to get a copy of our bill that we've already paid. Needless to say if we're ever down at our farm and have another accident or anything we'll be going elsewhere.
